Our comprehensive rehabilitation program at Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center includes physical, occupational and speech therapies, provided by a highly motivated and experienced team of therapists who work with residents to assist them in achieving maximum functioning and independence.

Our short term rehab program assists residents post-hospitalization recovering from surgery, illness, accident or injury. The spacious rehab center at Sans Souci features state-of-the-art therapy equipment, a full activities-of-daily-living kitchen and the latest in adaptive devices.

In order to meet the ever-growing needs of our community, we have increased the size and hours of our rehabilitation staff of experienced and certified physical, occupational and speech therapists and assistants, resulting in a significant increase in the number of patients we are now able to treat.  Our current rehab program runs 6 days a week and may soon be available 7 days in our therapeutic Garden Level Rehab Room. 

Through our discharge planning services, social workers coordinate with our interdisciplinary team to develop a comprehensive care plan for each resident, meeting with families and providing patient education to ensure the successful return home.
