Residents are admitted to Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. 

At Sans Souci, we are always available to assist residents and families with the transition through the admission and discharge process.  Our social services department meets with families whenever possible to discuss discharge planning and coordination of home care services.
